Common Questions

  • Yes, we plan to sell with international retailers starting in 2026.

  • Units are expected to ship in July-August 2026. We will share updates throughout production and notify you when your unit is ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. This helps us fund manufacturing and reduces financial risk for a small independent operation.

  • A flat regional shipping fee will be collected at checkout to simplify ordering. Actual shipping cost may be higher or lower, but we will cover any difference.

  • Import duties are not collected at checkout. International customers may be responsible for import duties charged by their destination country upon delivery.

    We will ship from both the US and EU, so we do not anticipate customers from these regions will be subject to duties.

    This approach keeps things simple and allows us to start building immediately without navigating international tax registration before production is complete.

    *Customers in MI, USA will be charged the state sales tax.

  • Yes — if we ship from an EU location directly to customers, local VAT may be collected by the courier at delivery. We are not collecting VAT now as part of the preorder.

  • Yes — you may cancel your order. Contact us via email and we will refund your payment in full.

  • We will communicate transparently throughout the process. If delays occur, you will be updated promptly and can request a refund at any time.

  • We will offer a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery, assuming there is no damage to the unit.

    We want you to have a great experience and if the Odd-1 isn’t a good fit, send it back our way.

    We cannot reimburse any taxes or duties paid, but we will cover $25 of return shipping to our US or EU location.

  • We provide a full manufacturers warranty for 2 years from the product date of delivery.

  • Yes! Firmware upgrades will be free for the lifetime of the product.
